Ark. Code Ann. § 14-175-108

Execution and recording of articles

Known as the Public Corporations for Economic Development Act

The act spans §§ 14–14 (16 sections).

(1) The articles of incorporation shall be signed and acknowledged by the incorporators and shall have attached to them a certified copy of the resolution required by § 14-175-107.

(2) The articles of incorporation, together with a certified copy of the resolution required by § 14-175-107, shall be filed in the location or locations required by the Arkansas Nonprofit Corporation Act of 1993, § 4-33-101 et seq.

(3) When the articles of incorporation and attached resolution have been so filed, the corporation referred to in the articles shall come into existence and shall constitute a body corporate and politic and a political subdivision of the state under the name set forth in the articles of incorporation, whereupon the corporation shall be vested with the rights and powers granted in this chapter.
