(1) The officers of the corporation shall consist of: A chair;
(2) A vice chair;
(3) A secretary;
(4) A treasurer; and
(5) Such other officers as the board shall deem necessary to accomplish the purposes for which the corporation was organized.
(6) The offices of secretary and treasurer may be held, but need not be held, by the same person.
(7) The chair and vice chair of the corporation shall be elected by the board from its membership.
(8) The secretary, the treasurer, and any other officers of the corporation who may be, but need not be, members of the board shall also be elected by the board.
