Ark. Code Ann. § 14-49-205

Secretary of board

Acts 1937, No. 322, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 19-1301.

(1) The board shall elect one (1) of its members as secretary.

(2) The secretary shall: Keep the books and records of the board;

(3) Conduct the correspondence of the board;

(4) Report the evidence at all trials;

(5) Act as clerk when the board shall constitute a trial court; and

(6) Perform any other duties that may be ordered by the board.
