Ark. Code Ann. § 14-56-421

Enforcement of ordinances and regulations

(1) Violations of any provision of ordinances and regulations adopted to carry out the intent of plans shall be considered a misdemeanor.

(2) Each day's violation shall be considered a separate offense.

(3) The legislative body may enjoin any individual or property owner who is in violation of a planning ordinance to prevent or correct the violation.

(4) Any individual aggrieved by a violation of the ordinance may request an injunction against any individual or property owner in violation of the ordinance, or may mandamus any official to enforce the provisions of the ordinance.
