As used in this subchapter:
(1) “Owner” means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity having any interest in any: Timber;
(2) Land upon which timber grows; or
(3) Land from which timber has been removed;
(4) “Secondary purchaser” means any person, partnership, corporation, unincorporated association, or other legal entity buying timber from a timber purchaser; and
(5) “Timber purchaser” means a person who purchases standing timber for harvest.
