Reports and accounts

(1) Receivers shall make report of their proceedings every six (6) months, or more often if required by the court.

(2) The performance of this duty may be enforced by attachment, sequestration, or other proper and effectual means.

(3) Receivers shall have credit for all taxes, expenses, attorney's fees, and necessary disbursements, in the execution of their trusts, and such reasonable and proper compensation for their own services as the court may allow, to be paid out of the trust fund as part of the costs and expenses.

(4) The court shall pass on their accounts.

(5) A confirmation of the accounts shall be conclusive against all persons whatsoever and not subject to be reinvestigated, except for actual fraud.
