Discrimination in sale or rental of housing

Acts 2001, No. 1785, § 11; 2003, No. 1775, § 3.

(1) Because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin a person shall not: Refuse to sell or rent a dwelling to a person who has made a bona fide offer;

(2) Refuse to negotiate for the sale or rental of a dwelling; or

(3) Otherwise make unavailable or deny a dwelling to any person.

(4) A person shall not discriminate against any person in the terms, conditions, or privileges of sale or rental of a dwelling or in providing services or facilities in connection with the sale or rental because of race, color, religion, sex, familial status, or national origin.
