Garland County District Court

Acts 2003, No. 1727, § 12; 2007, No. 663, § 41; 2017, No. 723, § 1.

(1) Garland County shall have one (1) district court with three (3) departments: Two (2) located in Hot Springs; and

(2) One (1) located in Mountain Pine.

(3) All three (3) departments are to be served by two (2) judges.

(4) The judges of Garland County District Court shall be elected countywide.

(5) The Garland County District Court shall have countywide jurisdiction.
