Prosecutor's assistants — Expenses

Acts 1981, No. 298, § 1; A.S.A. 1947, § 24-114.11.

(1) The deputy prosecuting attorney's office shall be entitled to an expense allowance for travel, telephone, and other related expenses from the county general fund in a minimum amount as follows: Scott County $ 1,500;

(2) Logan County $ 4,000;

(3) Yell County $ 2,000; and

(4) Conway County $14,025.

(5) The chief deputy prosecuting attorney's office shall be entitled to an expense allowance for travel, telephone, and other related expenses from the county general fund in a minimum amount of two thousand three hundred five dollars ($2,305), payable from the county's general funds as follows: Scott County $550;

(6) Logan County $550;

(7) Yell County $500; and

(8) Conway County $705.

(9) The investigator's office shall be entitled to an expense allowance for travel, telephone, and other related expenses from the county general fund in a minimum amount of three thousand nine hundred ten dollars ($3,910), payable from the county's general funds as follows: Scott County $ 800;

(10) Logan County $1,075;

(11) Yell County $ 960; and

(12) Conway County $1,075.
