(1) A judgment may be revived against the personal representatives, heirs, and devisees, or any of them, of a deceased defendant by an action in circuit court without verification of the complaint.
(2) A judgment or decree may be revived against the representatives of any deceased defendant by scire facias in the name of: The name of the surviving plaintiff; and
(3) Those plaintiffs who are deceased.
