Ark. Code Ann. § 16-93-1602

Definitions

As used in this subchapter:

(1) “Applicant” means any individual, business, or organization that has applied to receive an Arkansas transitional housing facility license;

(2) “License” means an Arkansas transitional housing facility license; and

(3) “Transitional housing” means a program that provides housing for one (1) or more offenders who either have been transferred or paroled from the Division of Correction by the Parole Board or placed on probation by a circuit court or district court.

(4) An offender's home or the residence of an offender's family member shall not be considered a transitional housing facility as used in this subchapter.
