Injunctive relief — Criminal penalty

Acts 2009, No. 628, § 1.

(1) The Arkansas Appraiser Licensing and Certification Board may appear in its own name in a circuit court of competent jurisdiction to obtain injunctive relief to prevent a person from violating this subchapter.

(2) The circuit court may grant a temporary or permanent injunction regardless of whether: Criminal prosecution has been or may be instituted as a result of the violation of this subchapter; or

(3) The person is the holder of a registration issued by the board.

(4) A violation of this subchapter is a Class D felony.
