Display of license

Known as the Cosmetology Act

(1) Every licensee shall: Display his or her license in a conspicuous place in his or her principal office, place of business, place of employment, or mobile salon; or

(2) Wear the license on his or her person while practicing cosmetology.

(3) A license may contain a photograph of the licensee.
