Known as the Dietetics Practice Act
The act spans §§ 17–17 (18 sections).
Acts 1989, No. 392, § 17.
(1) Violations of this chapter shall constitute Class A misdemeanors.
(2) The Arkansas Dietetics Licensing Board shall assist the prosecuting attorney in the enforcement of this chapter.
(3) Any member of the board may present evidence of a violation to the appropriate prosecuting attorney.
