(1) The Massage Therapy Technical Advisory Committee shall consist of seven (7) members, who shall be appointed by the State Board of Health for a term of three (3) years.

(2) Six (6) of the members shall be licensees under this chapter.

(3) Only one (1) of the members shall be an owner of a massage therapy school.

(4) One (1) member, to represent the public, shall not be engaged in or retired from the practice of massage therapy.

(5) The State Board of Health shall promulgate by rule the duties and powers of the committee.
