Disposition of funds

Known as the Massage Therapy Act

(1) All moneys remitted to the Department of Health under this chapter shall be made payable to the Department of Health.

(2) The Department of Health shall deposit all such funds received in a timely manner in accordance with laws of the State of Arkansas and rules of the Department of Finance and Administration.

(3) All moneys received under this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury and shall be credited to the Public Health Fund for the general uses of the Department of Health.

(4) Salaries and other expenses necessarily incurred in carrying into effect the provisions of this chapter and other programs administered by the Department of Health shall be paid from the moneys received.
