Disposition of funds

Known as the Arkansas Physical Therapy Act

The act spans §§ 17–17 (38 sections).

(1) All fees and other moneys received by the Arkansas State Board of Physical Therapy under this chapter shall be deposited into a financial institution in this state and expended solely for the purposes of this chapter.

(2) No part of these funds shall revert to the general funds of this state.

(3) The compensation provided by this chapter and all expenses incurred under this chapter shall be paid from these funds.

(4) Compensation or expenses incurred under this chapter shall not be a charge against the general funds of this state.

(5) The board shall file an annual report of its activities with the Department of Finance and Administration, and the report shall include a statement of all receipts and disbursements.
