Revocation, suspension, or denial — Grounds

Known as the Arkansas Physical Therapy Act

(1) The Arkansas State Board of Athletic Training may refuse to issue or renew a license or suspend or revoke a license if an applicant has: Been convicted of a felony listed under § 17-3-102;

(2) Secured a license under this subchapter by fraud or deceit; or

(3) Violated or conspired to violate this subchapter or rules issued pursuant to this subchapter.

(4) On application, the board may reissue a license to a person whose license has been revoked, but the application may not be made before the expiration of a period of one (1) year after the order of revocation has become final.

(5) Such application shall be made in the manner and form required by the board.
