Ark. Code Ann. § 19-3-703

Meetings — Quorum — Staff

Acts 2013, No. 1088, § 1.

(1) Meetings of the State Board of Finance shall be held: At least quarterly: Upon the call of the Governor or by any three (3) or more members; and

(2) Upon advance notice to each member; and

(3) At a place that is convenient for the board.

(4) The meetings shall be conducted in accordance with the Freedom of Information Act of 1967, § 25-19-101 et seq., and complete records of the proceedings shall be kept.

(5) Seven (7) members shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of business.

(6) The affirmative vote of a majority of members present is required to adopt a motion or resolution.

(7) The staff of an elected or appointed official of the board may provide any assistance requested by the board.
