Publication Development and Resale Revolving Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Publication Development and Resale Revolving Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of income derived from the sale of publications by the Division of Arkansas Heritage or its successor, there to be used to develop or purchase additional publications for resale.

(3) The fund shall be administered by the Central Administration Division of the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism or its successor.

(4) Any funds remaining in the fund from which it derives its support at the end of each fiscal year shall carry forward and be made available for the same purpose for the next fiscal year.
