Special Military Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Special Military Fund”.

(2) The Special Military Fund is to consist of federal reimbursement received on account of eligible expenditures by the Department of the Military and shall be used to provide funding wholly or partially for appropriations made payable from the Special Military Fund and to provide supplemental support, to the extent necessary, to the Department of the Military Fund Account of the State General Government Fund, there to be used solely for the programs of the department.
