Environmental Education Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Environmental Education Fund”.

(2) The Environmental Education Fund shall consist of that portion of moneys transferred, not to exceed two hundred seventy-five thousand dollars ($275,000) per fiscal year, from the Hazardous Substance Remedial Action Trust Fund as set out in § 8-7-509, there to be used by the Division of Environmental Quality to provide environmental educational materials and training.
