Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Abandoned Mine Reclamation Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of moneys received through a grant from the United States Secretary of the Interior pursuant to the state abandoned mine reclamation program, there to be used by the Division of Environmental Quality for that program.
