Parks and Tourism Outdoor Recreation Grants Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is created and established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Parks and Tourism Outdoor Recreation Grants Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of ten percent (10%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(145), there to be used by the Department of Parks, Heritage, and Tourism for making grants for outdoor recreational purposes to cities and counties of this state in accordance with the Arkansas Statewide Comprehensive Outdoor Recreation Plan as set out in § 15-12-103.
