Geology Map Resale Revolving Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Geology Map Resale Revolving Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of moneys received from the resale of publications of maps by the Arkansas Geological Survey, there to be used for personal services and operating expenses relating to the purchase of publications of maps for resale by the Arkansas Geological Survey, as authorized in Acts 1975, No. 80, § 6.
