Administrative Services — Client Specific Emergency Services Revolving Fund Paying Account

(1) The Office of Finance and Administration of the Department of Human Services is authorized to establish and maintain as a cash fund account the Client Specific Emergency Services Revolving Fund Paying Account consisting of federal grants, aids, cash donations, reimbursements, and state general revenue, not to exceed a daily balance of ten thousand dollars ($10,000), for delivery of immediate care, short-term, or emergency services to eligible clients.

(2) The account shall be established and maintained in accordance with procedures established by the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State for cash funds and shall be administered under the direction of the Secretary of the Department of Human Services.
