Highway Safety Special Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

The act spans §§ 19-5-1001 to 19-5-999 (376 sections).

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Highway Safety Special Fund”.

(2) The Highway Safety Special Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred or deposited from the State Administration of Justice Fund.

(3) The Highway Safety Special Fund shall be used for support of programs of the Arkansas Highway Safety Program.
