Waterworks Operators Licensing Fund
Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Waterworks Operators Licensing Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of fines collected under § 17-51-102, there to be used to defray the costs of administering § 17-51-101 et seq.
