Breast Cancer Research Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Breast Cancer Research Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of twenty percent (20%) of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(192), that portion of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(201), and those general revenues as may be provided by law.

(3) The fund shall be used exclusively for those purposes as set out in § 20-15-1303.
