Social Innovation Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

The act spans §§ 19-5-1001 to 19-5-999 (376 sections).

(1) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “Social Innovation Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of: Any loans, investments, or other amounts received by the Department of Community Correction under the Pay-for-Success Act, § 12-27-201 et seq.;

(3) Grants made by any person or federal government agency; and

(4) Any other funds authorized or provided by law.

(5) The fund shall be used by the department to make any payments required under the Pay-for-Success Act, § 12-27-201 et seq.
