Arkansas Athletic Commission Fund
Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Arkansas Athletic Commission Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of those fees set out in § 17-22-101 et seq.
(3) The fund shall be used for those purposes set out in § 17-22-101 et seq.
