Ark. Code Ann. § 19-5-1241

Trial Court Administrator Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous revenue fund to be known as the “Trial Court Administrator Fund”.

(2) The Trial Court Administrator Fund shall consist of those moneys transferred from the State Administration of Justice Fund, the first one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) collected annually from filing fees for the office of the prosecuting attorney, and other moneys as authorized by law.

(3) The Trial Court Administrator Fund shall be used for paying and reimbursing: Trial court administrators under § 16-13-3301 et seq.; and

(4) Substitute trial court administrators under § 16-10-801 et seq.
