Arkansas Acceleration Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a miscellaneous fund to be known as the “Arkansas Acceleration Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of: Funds provided by law; and

(3) Grants made by any person or federal government agency.

(4) The fund shall be used by the Division of Science and Technology of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission to provide support and assistance for the accelerated growth of knowledge-based and high-technology jobs in the State of Arkansas through focused funding of the state initiatives and programs as defined under the Arkansas Acceleration Fund Act, § 15-3-501 et seq.
