(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “Second Injury Trust Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of the revenues provided by §§ 11-9-101 — 11-9-105, 11-9-107 — 11-9-112, 11-9-401 — 11-9-403, 11-9-409, 11-9-501 — 11-9-529, 11-9-601 — 11-9-603, 11-9-701, 11-9-702, 11-9-704 — 11-9-716, and 11-9-801 — 11-9-811 and shall be used for the purposes as set out in those statutes.
