State Insurance Department Criminal Investigation Division Trust Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “State Insurance Department Criminal Investigation Division Trust Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of those special revenues as specified in § 19-6-301(191), interest income, grants, refunds, gifts, or any other resources.

(3) The fund shall be used to defray the expenses of the Criminal Investigation Division of the State Insurance Department in the discharge of its administrative and regulatory powers and duties as prescribed by law and as set out in the State Insurance Department Criminal Investigation Division Trust Fund Act, § 23-100-101 et seq.
