Ark. Code Ann. § 19-5-933

Vietnam Veterans Monument Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a trust fund to be known as the “Vietnam Veterans Monument Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of gifts, grants, and donations from individuals and organizations and other funds as may be provided by law.

(3) The fund shall be used exclusively for the purpose of erecting and maintaining a suitable monument on the State Capitol Grounds, in recognition and appreciation of the State of Arkansas Vietnam Veterans, as provided in § 22-3-215.
