Court Awards Fund
Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Court Awards Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of state and federal asset forfeitures.
(3) The fund shall be used for expenditures of the Division of Arkansas State Police for the respective purposes as provided by law.
