County Collectors' Continuing Education Trust Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

Acts 1991, No. 1135, § 7.

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “County Collectors’ Continuing Education Trust Fund”.

(2) The County Collectors’ Continuing Education Trust Fund shall consist of fees, as annually appropriated by the quorum court of each county, of the office of county collector and such funds withheld from the County Aid Fund for those counties which fail or refuse to provide such appropriated fees, there to be used exclusively for the establishment and operation of a continuing education program for county collectors and sheriff-collectors as set out in § 14-15-1001.
