Manufactured Housing Recovery Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Manufactured Housing Recovery Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of fees assessed under the Arkansas Manufactured Home Recovery Act, § 20-29-101 et seq., by the Arkansas Manufactured Home Commission, there to be used for such purposes as set out in §§ 20-29-104 — 20-29-108 and 20-29-110.
