(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Insurance Continuing Education Trust Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of certification filing fees as provided in § 23-64-306, there to be used for administering continuing education provisions for insurance agents, solicitors, consultants, and brokers as set out in § 23-64-301 et seq.
