State Health Department Building and Local Grant Trust Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “State Health Department Building and Local Grant Trust Fund”.

(2) Except as provided in § 20-7-203(b), the fund shall consist of moneys authorized by law to be used only for expansion, renovation, construction, or improvements to the State Health Department building and for grants for construction, renovation, or other expansion of approved local health unit facilities in this state and moneys authorized under § 20-7-408(f).
