Special State Assets Forfeiture Fund

Known as the Revenue Stabilization Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Special State Assets Forfeiture Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of revenues as provided in § 5-64-505(i)(1)(B)(iv) and any other revenues as may be provided by law, there to be administered through rules established by the Arkansas Drug Director and distributed by the Arkansas Alcohol and Drug Abuse Coordinating Council in accordance with the intent and purposes of the Uniform Controlled Substances Act, § 5-64-101 et seq.
