Health Department Technology Fund

Known as the Revenue Classification Law

(1) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Health Department Technology Fund”.

(2) The fund shall consist of: Three dollars ($3.00) of the five-dollar fee levied by § 20-7-123(b)(1)(F);

(3) The four-dollar fee levied by § 20-7-123(b)(1)(G)(i);

(4) The one-dollar fee levied by § 20-7-123(b)(1)(G)(ii); and

(5) Three dollars ($3.00) of the five-dollar fee levied by § 20-7-123(b)(1)(H)(i)(a).

(6) The fund shall be used exclusively by the Department of Health for the purchase of computer hardware and software, the conversion cost of scanning data into its computer system, and related activities.
