Commercial Bait and Ornamental Fish Fund
Known as the Revenue Classification Law

(1) There is established on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a fund to be known as the “Commercial Bait and Ornamental Fish Fund”.
(2) The fund is to be used by the State Plant Board to administer the Commercial Bait and Ornamental Fish Act, § 2-5-201 et seq.
