(1) There is created on the books of the Treasurer of State, the Auditor of State, and the Chief Fiscal Officer of the State a special revenue fund to be known as the “Digital Product and Motion Picture Office Fund”.
(2) The fund shall consist of revenues as authorized by law.
(3) The fund shall be used for providing additional funds for duties and functions of the Motion Picture Office [abolished] of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
(4) The fund shall be administered in accordance with rules promulgated by the Department of Finance and Administration.
(5) The department shall consult with the Motion Picture Office [abolished] of the Arkansas Economic Development Commission.
