Ark. Code Ann. § 2-19-408

Registration of products

Acts 1977, No. 377, § 5; A.S.A. 1947, § 77-2105.

(1) Each soil amendment product shall be registered with the board before it is distributed in this state.

(2) Application for registration shall be submitted to the State Plant Board on a form prepared for that purpose showing the information required on the label, as provided in § 2-19-407, except net weight of product.

(3) The registration fee shall be set by the board for each product.

(4) All registrations shall expire on June 30 of the year for which the soil amendment product is registered.

(5) With the application for registration, the applicant shall submit a copy of the label and a copy of all advertisements, brochures, posters, and television and radio announcements to be used in promoting the sale of the soil amendment.
