(1) A physician may distribute information regarding organ and tissue donation to a pregnant woman when the unborn fetus is diagnosed with a fatal fetal condition which will result in death within three (3) months of birth.
(2) The information shall include: The telephone number, address, and website information for the Arkansas Regional Organ Recovery Agency, Inc.; and
(3) The steps in the process of organ and tissue donation.
(4) The physician shall document in writing that the information has been distributed to the pregnant woman.
