Vented heating

(1) Every person operating a tourist camp, motel, or auto court shall provide for the purpose of heating the individual rooms in the tourist camp, motel, or auto court stoves or heating units adequately vented to carry the products of combustion to the outside atmosphere.

(2) Any person violating the provisions of this section shall be guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined in any sum of not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than one hundred dollars ($100).

(3) Each day of violation shall constitute a separate offense.
