Ark. Code Ann. § 20-30-102

Penalty

(1) Any person operating a public swimming pool in violation of this chapter or rules adopted pursuant to this chapter shall be guilty of a violation.

(2) Upon conviction, that person shall be fined not less than fifty dollars ($50.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500) for each offense.

(3) Each day of operation after sufficient notice has been given shall constitute a separate offense.
