(1) Certification and licensure are required for operation as an early intervention day treatment program.
(2) Certification shall be granted on a countywide basis.
(3) Before obtaining certification, an early intervention day treatment services program is required to apply to and obtain the approval of the Division of Developmental Disabilities Services to implement new early intervention day treatment services under the criteria established under this subchapter.
(4) A certified early intervention day treatment services program with existing operations on July 1, 2013, shall not be required to obtain the approval of the division to continue existing operations.
